Jamhuri Classic Golf Club (JC) is a Registered as a Social Golf Club with the USGA and GSGA. It was formed in 2006 by a group of Kenyan Golfers in Atlanta who simply wanted to meet and play a round of golf once every month. From a small number of golfers they have grown to a diverse group of over 60 active golfers from 16 different countries across the world and a wide distribution list of over 200 golfers who are constantly updated on our monthly tournaments. Jamhuri Classic welcomes new golfers of all skill levels to come join them play this great game we love so much.

Jamhuri Classic holds a monthly tournament on the third saturday of each month. This tournament awards points for the race to Rebo Cup, the end year award for the best golfer of the season. However members do meet and play social rounds through out the month.

Tournament formats include handicap stroke medal play or stableford scoring at local courses in the Atlanta area.

Jamhuri Classic also participates in out of town tournamentsagainst other Kenyan Clubs including the tri-state championship in Birmingham, AL and Memphis, TN, as well as holiday tournaments in Dallas, TX, Washington, DC and Durham, NC.

You will find Jamhuri Classic members to be friendly and accommodating whether you live in Atlanta or simply there for a few days and would like local company for a game
