 Tembo Golf Club is a growing group of Kenyan golfers based in Birmingham Alabama. It was formed on 2008. Members come out of their daily routines to enjoy a round of golf every week and host one monthly tournament.

The idea and objectives behind the club is to create a family friendly fun, entertainment and bring the best out of our community.

Aside from the local rounds of golf and tournaments, Tembo Golf Club also participates in the Tri-State championship. This is a circuit where they compete against Jamhuri Classic GC of Atlanta and Safari GC of Memphis. Each club organizes and host one major tournament each year for a trophy the winner keeps until the following tournament.
